(Formerly Life Coaching)

This work supports people in relating more honestly and compassionately to their inner world so they can live with greater alignment, steadiness, and self-trust. While it overlaps with what many people think of as life coaching, it differs from traditional coaching in important ways.

Rather than focusing on productivity, goal-setting, or external measures of success, this work centers on inner listening, emotional integration, and understanding what is actually asking to be honored within you. Many people seek life coaching because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves — yet what they are often longing for is not more strategies, but deeper clarity, healing, and integration.


Many people have learned to survive by pushing themselves through almost anything. At times, that capacity is necessary and even life-saving. But when effort and self-force become the primary way of moving through life, it can be a sign that something deeper is asking for attention. Often, the need to constantly push arises when we are living out of old survival strategies rather than from the core of who we are or what genuinely matters to us.

​This work supports slowing down enough to listen — to understand what 
you want, what your system actually needs, and what may need healing before forward movement can happen in a healthy way. From there, change tends to emerge more organically, guided by deeper passion, truth, and inner consent rather than pressure or obligation.
My work is informed by the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a trauma-informed, non-pathologizing approach that supports awareness of nervous system responses, emotional patterns, and long-held survival strategies. Sessions are relational, collaborative, and responsive rather than structured around a single technique or agenda.
Sessions may include guided inner exploration, somatic awareness, reflective dialogue, spiritual inquiry, and dreamwork when relevant, approached in a way that respects your lived experience and inner discernment. Spiritual language or support may be included when desired, though nothing is imposed.

This work does not focus on accountability, motivation, or helping you push yourself toward externally defined goals. Instead, it supports a deeper listening — to what is true, alive, and asking to be honored within you. Many people find that as inner alignment grows, clarity about next steps emerges naturally, along with greater self-trust, self-respect, and authentic self-love.

This work is especially supportive for those who feel constrained by inherited roles, expectations, or definitions of success, and who are ready to explore a more truthful way of living.
