From Inner Struggle to Spiritual Empowerment
We all struggle at times. You may be dealing with persistent pain or physical illness, overwhelming or stagnant emotions, loneliness or hopelessness. This course will help you to transform those challenges by bringing them into a healing circle where they will be held in love by others in an intimate group circle. You will receive practices and teachings to help you connect with your True Self and your Divine helpers, clear your energetic/auric field, and bring healing to yourself and others. You will become more peaceful, grounded, and hopeful about life, and the healing work will aid you in relieving your physical and emotional suffering. You will learn to hear the deeper messages that come to you in all that is playing out in your life and in your suffering. You will come to see your emotions and your pain as teachers, often coming from some part of you deep inside who needs love and attention. Classes will include healing sessions incorporating various modalities of energy healing. We understand that healing isn't just about fixing what's broken. It's about remembering who you truly are beneath your pain, reconnecting with your inner wisdom, and stepping into a more vibrant, authentic version of your True Self. The focus of the in-person class is the same as the online class, but there is more time to absorb and incorporate the material and practice the tools between classes, as we generally meet every two weeks, with breaks over the school breaks. This next class starts in January, 2026 and will carry you into the new year with new practices, new energy, greater healing, and a new outlook on life. This is a great way to hit the reset button on your life!! Place: Classes will be held at the Home of Truth Cottage, 1300 Grand Street Alameda, CA 94501 (see images). Dates & Duration: Biweekly starting January 3, 2026 on Saturdays for seven in-person classes, plus seven weeks of online material between the in-person classes. Times: 1-3 PM (TBD if we need to adjust slightly) First Round Price: $777 (or $700 if signed up and paid in full by Dec. 15, 2025). Group Size: This will be an intimate group of around 20 people, and we will have various large and small group healing processes and activities, along with instruction. Online portal: Besides any material you receive in class, you will also have access to an online portal and app called Practice Better, where you will access all the materials to download as well as additional supplemental material to support you between classes. Supplemental Material: After every in-person class, you will have access to approximately 1 hour of recorded videos from Jen, and any relevant materials to support the theme we are covering: journal prompts, worksheets, spiritual and energetic practices and tools, written or extra video material about the topics we are covering, and recorded class sessions in case you happen to miss a class. Bonuses: One free 2 hr workshop offered by Jen, 1 group celebration at the end of the class, biweekly optional Q&A group zoom calls, and priority scheduling for 1-1 healing sessions with Jen (additional cost). |

Jen Bradford has an MA in theology, with a focus on spirituality. She has taught for decades, given retreats and workshops on various spiritual topics, and studied and practiced various healing techniques over the last 20+ years. For more about Jen's training, click here.
