This work supports emotional healing, self-love, and self-trust by helping you come back to what is true within you — so you can live with greater clarity, steadiness, and inner peace. Sessions are offered online worldwide, with in-person sessions also available in Alameda, California.

While this work overlaps with what many people think of as life coaching, it differs from traditional coaching in important ways. Rather than focusing on productivity, motivation, goal-setting, or external measures of success, our work centers on inner work, deep listening, and emotional integration — reconnecting you with the deeper truth underneath the noise.

Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or internally conflicted — like they can’t tell what they actually feel anymore, or what to believe in the chaos. Often, what they need isn’t another strategy for pushing through or forcing themselves to meet expectations. It’s something more foundational: a grounded, trauma-informed way to return to themselves and rebuild the inner foundation that supports real change.

A heart-centered way back to peace

In sessions, we slow down enough to notice what’s happening inside you — not to judge it or “fix” it, but to understand it with compassion. Together, we begin to sort what is true from what is learned, inherited, or fear-based.

Many people discover they’ve been living under inner messages that feel heavy or painful — beliefs that sound convincing, but don’t actually bring peace. Part of my role is helping you recognize what is a lie that drains you and what is a truth that steadies you — so you can return to a more heart-centered way of seeing yourself and your life.

When deeper truth comes into view, people often feel something shift: more openness, self-respect, tenderness, and relief. From this more peaceful, heart-centered place, the decisions you make about your life tend to create more satisfying results — because they’re coming from your core, your True Self, rather than from fear, old survival patterns, or the pressure to live by someone else’s expectations. Over time, this can help you move out of “living a lie” — or living someone else’s life — and into a life that feels more honest and aligned. Many people describe it as no longer watching their life from the outside, wondering, “Who are you?” but finally inhabiting their life from the inside, with greater integrity, belonging, and self-trust.


Building the foundation that supports real change

A lot of people have learned to survive by pushing themselves through almost anything. That strength matters — and in some seasons it’s necessary. But when effort and self-force become the primary way of living, it can be a sign that something deeper is asking for attention.

This work supports healing at the root: strengthening the foundation of self-worth and self-love, and addressing the early emotional wounds or survival patterns that may still be shaping your present. Without a stable inner foundation, even good changes can feel shaky — like building on sand.

But when the foundation is rebuilt, forward movement becomes healthier and more organic. Clarity tends to arise naturally. And the path ahead feels more aligned with what is genuinely true for you.

What sessions can include

My work is informed by the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a trauma-informed, non-pathologizing approach that supports awareness of nervous system responses, emotional patterns, and long-held survival strategies. Sessions are relational, collaborative, and responsive rather than structured around a rigid agenda.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include reflective dialogue, guided inner exploration, somatic awareness, emotional processing, spiritual inquiry, and dreamwork when relevant. Spiritual language is always optional and never imposed — but for those who desire it, this work can include reconnecting with a sense of the Divine, and with the deeper goodness and wisdom within you.
