Jennifer Bradford, M.A., is a spiritual teacher, guide and healing practitioner who helps people heal emotional wounds, release spiritual interference, and reclaim the parts of themselves they’ve lost along the way. Her work brings together Christian mysticism, somatic awareness, trauma-informed psychology, and contemporary spirit-centered healing. 

For more than a decade, Jennifer has walked with people through moments of upheaval, awakening, and deep transformation. She understands healing as a two-fold process: releasing what does not belong to us and restoring what is truly ours. Her private healing sessions focus on freeing clients from energetic or spiritual burdens that drain their vitality or obscure their clarity. Many report feeling lighter, more grounded, and more themselves after this work.

In her classes, Jennifer teaches the inner processes that allow people to continue this restoration from within — including inner child healing, shadow integration, and practices that help students call back their own power and reconnect with the Divine. Her approach is gentle, inclusive, and psychologically grounded, making space for people from all spiritual backgrounds.

Through Birthing Spirit, Jennifer offers a compassionate path for those who are ready to release old patterns, heal long-standing wounds, and step into a life of deeper presence, clarity, and spiritual alignment.
