In spiritual direction, you receive guidance for listening to the voice of the Divine speaking in your life. It is a chance to grow in your relationship with your True Self and the Divine, so that you can then engage in soul-centered action in the world.​

Intuitive Life Coaching

My approach to life coaching is to help individuals balance their "doing" and "being" in the world. When we value our innermost being, and have self-compassion in our struggles, we can overcome any obstacle we face and live with greater resiliency to accomplish our dreams.
